HUNGRY INDERA DISLODGE AH UNITED FROM 6TH

Image
Jason Thomas BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN Saturday, January 23, 2010 QUICKER to the ball and looking more potent on the attack, Indera FC were deserved 2-0 winners over AH United in last night's DST Group Brunei Premier League I action. Displacing AH United in the 10-team table, Indera are now sixth with 18 points while AH United are seventh and trailing their conqueror by two points. The first win for new coach Norilham Hj Jais, he felt it was a taste of things to come. "I am very optimistic about the remaining three matches... I think we can get maximum points," said the former DPMM FC assistant coach in a post-match interview with The Brunei Times. "Overall I am very satisfied. We dominated the first half and created a lot of chances. "In the second half, both teams had their moments but it was a good thing we scored that second goal," he added. Playing as a deep-lying playmaker, Indera's Azwan Salleh could have opened the scoring on the half-hour mark b...

AH United's Pg Sallehuddin Pg Hj Damit (L) will be looking to help his team bounce back from their 5-1 drubbing on Jan 13 by Majra FC in tonight's match against Indera FC. Picture: BT/Raul Padernal AH UNITED and Indera FC will be looking for their sixth win of the season when they face off in the DST Group Brunei Premier League I tonight. With only four games left for both clubs — including tonight's clash at the Berakas Sports Complex — both sides know that the pressure is on, especially since they are neck and neck heading into the season's climax. A single point separates them in the 10-team table, AH United sixth with 16 points and Indera seventh with 15. The first round encounter between the two teams ended 2-1 in favour of Indera. "It is an important game but we are treating it just normally... just like any other game," said AH United's coach Zaini Tumih yesterday. "We do have a few players out injured so ...

INDERA FC HAMPA LAGI...

Pasukan QAF FC terpaksa berhempas pulas mengekalkan rekod tanpa kalah mereka apabila hanya sekadar berjaya menghasilkan gol tunggal menerusi pemain import, Viban Francis Bayong ketika menentang Pasukan Indera FC di Padang Kebajikan, Berakas .

PERFECT 10 QAF FC WARY OF INDERA'S TRIO

BY JASON THOMAS FRESH off their demolition of Brunei Shell Football Team (BSFT) in their first DSTGroup Brunei Premier League I (BPL I) match of the year last week, reigning champions QAF FC are on a high. But despite the 10-0 result at the Berakas Sports Complex issuing a strong statement to the rest of the sides in the 10-team table, the league leaders are not taking anything for granted in their match against Indera FC tomorrow. Indera might be seventh in the table with 15 points from five wins but QAF FC's coach doesn't think their position reflects their true potential especially with the recent inclusion of three former DPMM FC midfielders. "Indera are a strong team and they are becoming better," said Ali Hj Mustafa yesterday. "We are worried because they have three new players, Sairol Hj Sahari, Azwan Salleh and Md Helmi Zambin. "Right now they also have a better coach in Pg Md Serfuddin Pg Hj Md Salleh (ex-DPMM FC assistant ...

INDERA SC TIDAK BERNASIB BAIK APABILA TEWAS 1-2 KEPADA MS ABDB

Image
Sejurus selepas...

DUA GOL LEWAT INDERA FC KECEWAKAN NBT FC

Image
