DPMM FC reported on their website on Sunday that they have acquired the services of the midfielder, who led the DST Super League in scoring last season, from the newly-crowned champions. BAYONG SENDS QAF FC TO SUMMIT

Jason Thomas BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN Tuesday, July 14, 2009 VIBAN FRANCIS BAYONG broke Jerudong FC's hearts last night with a goal in injury-time to send QAF FC back to the top of the DSTGroup Brunei Premier League I (BPL I) with a 2-1 win. Though he netted both of the defending champions' goals at the Balapan Track & Field, Hassanal Bolkiah National Sports Complex in Berakas, the Cameroonian midfielder was quick to deflect any individual praise. By Shahrol Daud A well-taken free-kick by Ak Anaqi Sufi Pg Omar in the second half of the game for a 2-1 win over Indera FC sealed AM Gunners FC’s qualification for the DST Group FA Cup semifinals at the Berakas Sports Complex last night. It was his teammate Rosland Zaman who scored first in the 13th minute from a corner-kick before Indera FC’s Abd Aziz Tamit levelled the score eight minutes before half time. The two teams in search for another goal struggled to find their rhythm before referee pointed out for a free kick in favour of AM Gunners FC.
