INDERA AND KASUKA FACE THE MUSIC AFTER FIASCO


INDERA SC and Kasuka FC have been banned from their next two games, as a result of the abandonment of their DST Super League match last month, which was marred in violence.
 
The teams, who were fined $500 each after being found guilty of misconduct, will have their points awarded to their opponents.
 
Two Indera SC players have been suspended and fined following the fiasco on March 27.
 
Hardi Bujang was banned for two matches and fined $500 after he was found guilty of violence and unsporting conduct.
 
His teammate Sahrin Momin was fined $250 and given one-match suspension for misconduct against match officials.
 
Failure to pay the fines will result in further suspensions.
 
All parties have three days to appeal the decision.

by YEE CHUN LEONG INDERA SC notched up their second straight win with a 1-0 victory over MS PDB (Royal Brunei Police Force's Sports Council) in Group C of the DST-National Football League 2011/2012 yesterday at the Balapan Track and Field in Berakas. It was an equally matched first half with neither team being able to control the midfield. Indera did break the deadlock before halftime with Md Aqmal Hakeem Abd Hamid scoring the only goal of the match in the 42nd minute. He received a good through ball to get behind two defenders and placed his shot past the outstretched arm of MS PDB goalkeeper Md Khairol Amin Hj Zainuddin. BAYONG SENDS QAF FC TO SUMMIT

NBT FC BEAT INDERA FC 4-3

Zul Hilmi Rosli BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN Wednesday, June 11, 2008 NBT FC was victorious in their match against Indera FC 4-3 in the Brunei Premier League 1 at the JBS Stadium last night. Indera started off their campaign with a 2-1 lead in the first half. The first two goals were slip ups by NBT's defenders as the first goal was an own goal in the 18th minute and the second was a horrendous mistake as a defender's pass was too weak to reach the goalkeeper and was intercepted in the 27th minute. Both goals were claimed by Indera's Jasli Masri. Afindiyati Hj Tuah managed to squeeze in a goal for NBT just before half time in the 40th minute. As the second half started NBT showed no mercy improving both on their teamwork and accurate passing. Their efforts paid off as a through ball to Afindiyati and his well timed run let him chip the ball pass the goalkeeper in the 52nd minute.
