DST Super League champions Indera SC stepped up their game ahead of their final league match of the season with style after tearing apart Najip FC 5-1 at the Hassanal Bolkiah National Stadium.

The champions were on tune basically from the get-go and did not waste any time to come ahead with three minutes of the clock barely lapsed through the country’s bright prospect – Mohd Asri bin Hj Aspar.

Hamizan Aziz bin Sulaiman followed up his hat-trick from the title-clinching game with another goal in the 15th minute before Md Khairul Anwar bin Abd Rahim made it 3-0 in the 32nd minute.

Former QAF FC player, Sam Frank, marked his debut with a first goal for his new club.

Abang Nor Sillmy bin Abang Hj Taha scored a consolation for Najip FC before Mohd Asri completed the rout seven minutes from time.

The prize presentation ceremony and the final fixture of the DST Super League 2014 season will be held on September 13 at the Hassanal Bolkiah National Stadium where Indera SC will finally be unveiled as this year’s champions.
