NO BREAKS FOR INDERA FC DURING RAMADHAN

With the Brunei FA Cup tournament undergoing a two-month break for Ramadhan and the following Hari Raya festivities, football training across the country seems to have come to an abrupt halt but this is not the case for Indera FC. "We will still be training as usual during Ramadhan. There will be no break. We will still train three times a week, but we will do it at night after the Tarawikh prayer," said Indera FC Manager Rosdin Hj Abd Aziz, adding that some of the players are also undergoing training for the AFF Suzuki Cup Qualifiers. The country's most important competition in years, the Oct 5-13 qualifiers will see five teams Brunei, Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia and Timor Leste compete for two spots in the Nov 24-Dec 22 tournament proper which will be co-hosted by Malaysia and Thailand.
