Opposition players and officials confronting each other during the match. – FADHIL YUNUS THE Brunei DST Super League match between Indera SC and Kasuka FC has to be called off after angry scenes unfolded following an off-the-ball incident just two minutes shy off half-time at the Berakas Sports Complex yesterday. The episode began as soon as a Kasuka player has just cleared a ball when both sets of players raced to each other seemingly in discontentment with Kasuka’s Afindi Yati Tuah lying to the ground before the referee approached a match official for a view on the incident. Both set of players waited for the judgment as the referee flashed the red card to Indera’s Hardi Bujang prompting a tirade of verbal exchanges between both clubs and the match officials. Hardi returned to the pitch clearly annoyed by the actions of his former QAF team-mate and had to be separated from each other as Afindi continued lying in the ground.     THE Brunei DST Super League match between former two-time champions Indera Sports Club (SC) and newly-promoted Kasuka FC was abandoned due to a heated argument between the two teams yesterday. The incident occurred just two minutes before the half-time whistle blew when Kasuka’s Afindi Yati Tuah laid on the pitch at the Berakas Sports Complex after being challenged by Indera’s Sahrin Momin. However, he was then pulled away and restrained by Afindi’s fellow teammate, Pg Shahruddin Pg Hj Md Tejuddin. Frustrations between the two teams loomed and the incident then provoked a disruption amongst Indera’s supporters who called for proper decision from the match officials....

Jerudong FC refused to falter despite trailing 1-0, as their play-maker Sufri Mohaimin attempted to score before being denied by Indera’s goalkeeper, Ak Omar Nur Aqammaddin Pg Hj Sallehuddin. Indera doubled their advantage after Muis scored his bracer of the night sliding past Jerudong’s defenders in the 14th minute. Four minutes later, Indera’s Hamizan Aziz Sulaiman toyed with Jerudong’s abysmal defence as they made it 3-0 after his shot went through. Jerudong stood no chance...
